Imperial Spritz

ice cubes 
100ml lime juice 
100ml raspberry syrup 
40ml crème de cassis 
120ml vodka 
180ml champagne brut 
8 slices of lemon 
a few sprigs of mint

cocktail shaker 
4 cocktail glasses 

STEP ONE

Add some ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and pour in the lime juice, the raspberry syrup, the crème de cassis and the vodka. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain and divide the mixture over the glasses and top up with the champagne. Garnish the glasses with slices of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
